Jason is a marketing leader who has held various non-profit and government leadership roles including leading marketing and creative services for the City of Charlotte, and community marketing director for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. During this conversation, Jason shares how imperative it has been for him to learn to take good care--whether it is taking good care of his own mental and emotional health, of the critical relationships in his life that are anchored in trust, of his personal leadership brand, or of the organizational culture around him.
