She is the Founder of J.Yearwood Marketing, LLC and ‘the melanADHD woman,’ where she shares her personal journey living as a Black woman with ADHD through notecards and affirmations. During this conversation, Jody shares how she went from an entrepreneur who was hiding to putting herself out there, as well as finding the courage to ask for what she needs in corporate America as someone who is neurodiverse.
